AJCEC Rules & Regulations

The rules listed below are implemented to support your career pathway and security. Non-compliance with the academy rules can lead to suspension or registration cancellation.
Identity Cards Mandatory
Students are required to wear and display their official Academy Identity Card prominently before entering the institution campus.
Strict Punctuality
Students must enter classes on time. Access to class or practical lab sessions will be denied if arriving more than 25 minutes late.
Absence Applications
Any absence must be supported by a formal written application, clearly outlining the valid cause and reason.
Code of Discipline
Proper discipline must be maintained within the premises. Any student found misbehaving will be restricted from attending sessions.
Intoxication & Chewing Bans
Smoking, chewing Pan, Gutka, Tobacco, or chewing gum is strictly prohibited inside the institution. Entering in an intoxicated state results in immediate dismissal.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If a student remains absent without prior information or approval for more than 3 months, their registration will be canceled automatically.
Lab Environment Code
No student is permitted to discuss or engage in conversations about external or unrelated matters after entering the Computer Lab.
Career Pathway Cooperation
Management expects full cooperation from students when implementing measures designed to ensure a good career and learning path.
Regular Session Attendance
It is mandatory for students to attend all theory and practical lab sessions regularly to maintain academic eligibility.
Personal Learning Materials
Each student must bring their own required study materials, notebook, pen, and textbook to class every day.
